So the weather the last couple days has not exactly been the typical January/February temps that this Boston girl is used to, but I am DEFINITELY not complaining!

The puffer coat is currently being pushed to the back of my closet, and the fun layers are being brought to the front #YAY

This past weekend in New Hampshire I recreated this outfit and it was seriously so perfect for the ever-changing weather. I added some chunky fingerless gloves and a pom pom hat and was loving the comfort-chic look!

This is one of my most favorite outfits I have worn so far his winter! All these pieces are such wardrobe staples including these AMAZING Hush Puppies!

 I saw these adorable pups (see what I did there) in a store before Christmas and instantly fell in love. I can honestly say that they are the most comfortable shoes I own! If you are looking for a fun new shoe to add to your wardrobe, definitely check out Hush Puppies!

A softer take on color for 2016! For the first time ever Pantone's Color of the Year is a blending of two shades! Rose Quartz (my favorite! shown above) and "serenity".

I have ALWAYS had a love for soft pinks. I just love me a good neutral looking blush! Pantone has chosen "Rose Quartz" aka my new fancy name for anything light pink as their color of the year.

I hope everyone had a relaxing long weekend! I am only at work for two days this week and then heading to Florida for a weekend getaway with my High School besties! I can't WAIT!

Casual Yet Cute Comfort

Let me start by saying, THANK THE LORD that it is Thursday. I feel like we are slowly but surely making our way to the long weekend and that we can see the light at the end of the tunnel, but it hasn't been an easy ride #amiright #thisweekhasbeentheworst #ineedsomeserioussleep

Okay, I'm done ranting via hashtags, and am ready to discuss this amazing swing dress from Old Navy. I purchased their short sleeved black swing dress over the summer and seriously wore it nonstop to work with different shoes, necklaces etc, so you bet your booty I was pretty ecstatic when I saw that they had a long sleeved version with an adorable paisley pattern for under $35. Sign. Me. Up.

Also, if you are looking for the perfect tote bag for winter, MZ Wallace is an up and coming company you should definitely check out. Their bags are so comfortable. I know that sounds weird, but hear me out... Sometimes you get a tote bag that is so stiff and bulky that you go to pick it up with nothing even in it and it still feels like there's a free weight just floating around in there. MZ Wallace makes super soft and durable bags which are perfect for travel because they collapse really small!

I'm going to make an attempt to learn how to ski in New Hampshire this weekend. Haha, I'm laughing just typing that sentence. We'll see how it goes!

Once again I break the rules with the white pants after Labor Day. Sue me. 

One thing I love to do (besides break the rules) is to find outfits that I can wear during the day and only slightly change to shift into night. These Sam Edelman flats are the perfect "run around" shoe, but these Ted Baker pumps are straight stunners-- the PERFECT "date night" shoe!

Also, this J.Crew sweater is now an additional 40% off and so incredibly comfortable!
